A: Some decorations are on a rental basis and used like a ring, floor cabana, cabinet, etc. We will take stuff home on the very next day of the event.
Q: What type of Balloons do you guys use?
A: We use best quality of Balloons i.e. Metallic, Pastel and Chrome Balloons. This doesn’t harm and damaged walls as we use it with paper tapes. And we don’t use or provide Helium Balloons.

A: Yes, we can work within your budget to create a beautiful and memorable event.

Q: Can I choose decoration time?
A: Yes, you can choose a decoration time slot. Available time slots are 10 AM–1 PM, 01 PM–4 PM, 04 PM–7 PM, 07 PM–10 PM or the whole day or night depending on your décor selection.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
At Jarvi Decoration, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. However, please note that cancellations can have a significant impact on our business, and we appreciate your understanding of the following policy.
- If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled service, a 50% refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation occurs less than six hours before the scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
No Cancellation is possible for scheduled service booked for 13th and 14th February, 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
