- We will make all efforts to provide the customized mehendi design as per the details provided, but we do not guarantee that the design will be error-free or exactly as per the details provided.
- All mehndi designs offered on our platform are for reference purposes only. The final design may vary slightly depending on the artist’s interpretation and the customer’s request.
- Customers are requested to share any design inspirations, preferences, or reference images while placing the order. Our artists will do their best to incorporate these in the design.
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes and delivery charges. Any additional charges (such as transportation, if required) will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
- Customers are requested to follow the care instructions provided by the artist after the mehndi application. Failure to do so may result in the mehndi fading quickly.
- You must inform us if you have any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the provision of Services. Our platform and artists will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to any allergic reactions, medical conditions, or any other adverse effects caused by the mehndi application.

Cancellation Policy:
At Jarvi Decoration, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. However, please note that cancellations can have a significant impact on our business, and we appreciate your understanding of the following policy.
- If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled service, a 50% refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation occurs less than six hours before the scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
No Cancellation is possible for scheduled service booked for festivals like Karva Chauth, Vat Purnima, Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Navraatri, Durga Pooja, Teej or any other special days.
