Need To Know

• All the flowers used are of excellent quality.
• Booking must be made at least two days in advance.
• Please contact us if you have any special requirements.
• The car is from the customer’s side.

• As it depends on the car and may have different actual decorations, the image provided is merely illustrative.
• Decorator will not wait for more than 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:

At Jarvi Decoration, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. However, please note that cancellations can have a significant impact on our business, and we appreciate your understanding of the following policy.

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled service, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than six hours before the scheduled service, no refund will be issued.

No Cancellation is possible for scheduled service booked for 13th and 14th February, 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
